Mechanical Project Engineer
We are looking for a site based Mechanical Project Engineer on behalf of our client, a world class EPCM company that operates worldwide and is involved in various projects across Ireland, to join their team on a project in the north-west region of Ireland.
The role requires leading a client team and coordinating a multidisciplinary design team to successfully deliver the project. Strong leadership experience in process and mechanical systems is essential, along with a high level of safety awareness.
Candidates must demonstrate broad experience in project delivery, with a solid understanding of safety, commercial, technical, and quality requirements, particularly within a pharmaceutical (pharma) site environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead client-side project engineering activities on site.
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary design team and drive project delivery.
- Oversee demolition scopes with strong focus on safety and compliance.
- Provide technical leadership in process and mechanical systems.
- Ensure all project work meets safety, quality, technical, and commercial standards.
- Degree inProcessorMechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience delivering demolition projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage client teams and engineering contractors.
- High safety awareness and experience working on pharmaceutical sites.
- Demonstrated capability managing projects in complex, regulated environments.
