This position involves production planning and the implementation of processes to achieve departmental objectives. Additionally, the role includes responsibility for the Apprenticeship Center, with direct responsibility for the entire X CFC program. Main responsibilities: Define and implement the objectives for milling and turning machines (CNC machines) to meet defined goals (machine rates, productive hours) Ensure a high level of quality by minimizing the non-compliance rate Ensure the proper implementation of the 4-year apprenticeship program to guarantee optimal and efficient use of training hours and obtaining the CFC Polymécanicien on time Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor performance and make necessary adjustments Train and support teams on new processes and opportunities and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for the main processes of the department Ensure that all processes comply with applicable laws and standards (ISO and ESG) jidc22e3ccaen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
