Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Fulham - £45,000
Location: Fulham
Salary: £45,000 + Plenty of Overtime
Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company located in Fulham. Our client is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Commercial Building in Fulham. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The company offers a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, and the chance to work at a flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.
The successful candidate must be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and experience in commercial building maintenance. Responsibilities include carrying out M&E Planned and Reactive Maintenance on a single-site basis, responsible for all landlord services. As the sole engineer on site, you should have hands-on experience with the following:
- Daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
- Emergency callouts
- Monitoring mechanical plant, pumps, motors, seals, bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (temperature checks, dosing)
- Plumbing - unblocking toilets, replacing taps and washers
- Monitoring BMS systems
- Basic electrical duties (lamp changes, etc.)
- General building fabric maintenance
- Supervising specialist sub-contractors
Requirements:
- City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Building Maintenance
