Job Description

Synergi Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a leading UK manufacturer. The role focuses on planned and reactive mechanical maintenance, fault-finding, and continuous improvement to minimise downtime and maximise plant performance on a highly automated site.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 / ONC / HND, at least 3 years' experience in FMCG or heavy industrial environments, and strong fault-finding skills with a good health & safety track record.
