About Your New Job

• As a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter,youwill set up, install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance on a shift rotation (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm).
• Youwill provide day-to-day engineering services in a busy, high-speed manufacturing environment, delivering high-quality maintenance support to production.
• Your role requires multitasking, troubleshooting urgent issues, ensuring safety standards, maintaining documentation, and occasionally participating in an on-call rota (1 in 5 weeks).
• Youmay be assigned additional related duties as required, in a dynamic and supportive factory environment.

What Skills You Need

• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter, ideally within manufacturing.
• Proven multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork aptitude.
• Flexibility and willingness to take on varied assignments.
