We are looking for candidates for the position of Mechanical Equipment - Leader, with at least 15 years of demonstrable experience in machinery and equipment (Gas Turbines, Steam Turbine
Generators, Boilers, Condensers, Compressors, Pumps, .) and suitable to work in a multicultural
environment for Power Generation Projects.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and develop activities for design, selection, and documentation follow up, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment and packages managed by Mechanical Department, ensuring the compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.
- Provide general working guidelines, personal advising and motivation as well as organize manpower for the Project, scheduling the planned activities as the final responsible of quality, delivery time and resources optimization.
- Generate a positive working environment with engineering disciplines, project, vendors and Mechanical Department for the Project success.
Qualifications and desired attributes
- Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering.
- English Language Level. B2 minimum.
- Work as part of a multi-office, multi disciplinary team.
- High Level of Stress Management.
- Commitment and proactivity.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading successful projects and teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and international audiences.
- Availability to travel on a one-off basis.
