Responsibilities
  • Manage the work tasking of the mechanical engineering team.
  • Create and develop work breakdown schedules to manage the engineering team to project specific goals and deadlines.
  • Report progress and identify strengths and weaknesses in delivery.
  • Support the Head of Mechanical to provide insight to business strategic vision.
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of company legislative compliance, HSE, HR, etc.
  • Pastoral care of the mechanical engineering team.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 10 years industry experience.
  • Minimum 3 years leading a team.
  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced, challenging engineering sector.
  • Proven experience of delivering complex projects.
  • Proven experience of leading a cohesive and effective team.
  • Proven experience of empowering engineers and identifying growth opportunities.
