Mechanical Design Lead for Refurbishments in Live Buildings

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an MEP Technical Services Manager - Mechanical Design to lead refurbishment and plant replacement projects across occupied buildings. You will develop practical engineering solutions, review calculations, specify equipment, and coordinate with electrical, controls and public health teams.

You will travel across the London-Bristol corridor, lead design workshops, and support bids through technical specifications and supplier reviews.
