About Your New Job

• Report to the Packaging Team Lead, Test, Design and support the design function on new and existing projects.
• Be a key point of contact for CSI/Sales, Production, and Logistics teams regarding new designs and sample runs.
• Plan, prioritise, and execute the Design Centre Work Schedule, ensuring all samples meet expected quality standards.
• Manage documentation for Engineering Change Orders, tooling layouts/quotes, and production drawings.
• Create or modify artwork as required and participate in customer site visits with sales representatives.
• Oversee Design Centre updates, supplies stock levels, lab presentation, and waste management.
• Implement quality control systems and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements (ISO Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety).
• Support maintenance of Test Lab & Design Centre equipment, including calibration and software updates.
• Assist with CAD Table Operative training and project work with the US Team.
• Attend relevant classes or seminars and perform additional duties as required by management.

What Skills You Need

• 1-2 years' experience in a design or engineering capacity, ideally within packaging or a related industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software and strong attention to detail with documentation control.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
