A growing mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead delivery of a large-scale project in Dublin. This role reports directly to the Construction Director.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project costs and budgets
• Lead project teams to deliver contracts on time and within scope
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communication
• Assess subcontractor quality of work
• Oversee compliance with Health & Safety legislation
• Support cost control and reporting with the project Surveyor
• Identify and manage programme risks, working with design teams to meet deadlines
• Develop and monitor project schedules and material procurement timelines

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
• 10+ years experience in construction or a similar industry
• Track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
