Application Deadline: 11 May 2026

Department: Contracts

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Dundalk

Reporting To: Project Manager

Description

Team Overview: The Contracts department oversees the material takeoffs, assembly and execution of projects from initial kick off through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview: We are currently seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic individual who can manage, develop, delegate work accordingly whilst supporting the floor supervisors on progress and advancements. The successful candidate would be working in conjunction with an established commercial project management team and alongside our in house M&E design team, who operate with the latest Revit, AutoCAD & MEP 3D design packages.

Most of our projects are currently based throughout Europe and are predominantly within the Data Center market; these projects include general mechanical and electrical installation works within prefabricated modules and packaged plantrooms. With this being the case, relevant experience within the MEP sector would be beneficial but not essential.
