VANRATH are recruiting a Mechanical Contracts Manager to work for a leading Mechanical Contractor, based in Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Client:
Our client is a leading Mechanical Contractor with a reputation for quality workmanship and reliability. They work on a range of projects across Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Retail and Healthcare sectors throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. The business has a lot of work on and a strong order book for next year, particularly working on data centre projects. As a result, they have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Overview of Role:
With a solid pipeline of work lined up, particularly within data centres, the business has a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to come on board on a permanent basis, based in their offices in Antrim with visits to site 2 or 3 days per week. The Contracts Manager is ultimately responsible for overseeing multiple projects at any given time, ensuring a high quality of workmanship is delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications- Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
- Experience working as a Mechanical Contracts Manager
- Relevant qualifications
- CSR Card
- Full clean driving licence
- Able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent management skills
- Good IT Skills to enable flow of information between those involved in the project, particularly Microsoft Outlook
- Happy to travel and stay away 2 or 3 days per week as required to visit sites
