Mechanical Contracts Lead - Delivery & Handover

Brookfield M&E Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead MEP fit-out projects, delivering them on time, safely and to budget.

You will drive programmes, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relations and ensure close-out with complete O&M and handover documentation. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a delivery-focused mindset and a proven track record in mechanical building services projects from pre-construction to handover.
