Mechanical Bias Engineer - Facilities & MEP On-Site

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Mechanical Bias Engineer to join our Liverpool-based team. You will be responsible for maintaining domestic water systems to L8 standards and for the upkeep of Heating & Air-conditioning plant to meet service levels.

You will perform planned preventative maintenance, carry out reactive works, ensure spares availability, and maintain thorough maintenance records. A strong focus on safety and professional conduct is essential.
