Mechanical Assistant

The post holder will be required to carry out and assist with the mechanical maintenance, monitoring and repair internally and externally to buildings, associated equipment and areas within the University. Due to the nature of the role the post holder must be available for out of hours work (including statutory holiday periods) and be on a call out rota (if required).

About The Person

The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:

Relevant academic vocational qualification in a mechanical trade (plumbing/heating/building services) e.g NVQ 2 (or equivalent).
