- You will be carrying out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
- Diagnosing and resolving faults to minimise downtime and ensure building services run efficiently
- Managing on-site spare parts and supporting minor repairs and modifications to equipment and workspaces
- Supervising subcontractors on site, including delivering site inductions and monitoring performance
Our client is a well-established, privately owned business with decades of experience, providing installation, maintenance and support services across multiple technical systems.
What you'll need- Qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer
- 18th Edition Electrical Certificate or equivalent
- Experience in M&E maintenance contracts
- Additional experience is desirable - HVAC & Mechanical Engineering
