Job Description:

Overview: Are you an experienced M&E Engineer living in or around Aberdeen? We are recruiting an M&E Engineer for our facilities management team. Salary: Up to £35,912 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include door-to-door pay, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, overtime, a 4% bonus, company vehicle with personal use, smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE, and more.

Responsibilities: You will travel to dedicated sites for PPM and reactive M&E maintenance, including tasks like emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work. You will work autonomously on planned and preventive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs, with the ability to carry out various mechanical tasks.

Qualifications: Essential: 18th edition, valid UK driver's license, relevant M&E experience, strong communication, safety awareness. Desirable: F-Gas, IOSH, plumbing, fabric skills, 2391 testing.
