Meat Production Operator (Temp-Controlled, 5 Days)

Job&Talent in Spalding is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a leading food manufacturing partner. You will work on processing and packing fresh meat products, including pork, and ensure orders are fulfilled with accuracy and speed.

The role requires clear communication, reliability and practical judgement; you will operate in a temperature-controlled environment, with a 05:30-14:30 shift, five days out of seven, on an ongoing basis.
