Meat Production Lead - Safety & Growth

Kepak Ballybay is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will ensure targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a positive, engaged team culture.

The role requires previous supervisory experience in meat processing or FMCG, strong leadership, HACCP/GMP knowledge, and proactive problem-solving with a hands-on approach to continuous improvement.
