Positions Available: Full-time and/or Part-time
Shifts: Early, Late, and Overnight (including sleepovers)
Pay: £14.41 per hour + £101.68 per sleepover shift

Are you an active, compassionate individual with a genuine passion for supporting others? We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-quality support to a young adult with autism and epilepsy, both at home and within the community. You will join a small, dedicated team working on a 2:1 support basis, helping to promote independence and wellbeing in daily life and recreational activities.

• Provide personal care and support with daily routines
• Administer and support with medication needs
• Heat up meals
• Help maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Support community-based activities such as rollerblading, cycling, walking and sailing alongside the twice weekly use of a gym-based exercise bike.
• Weekly support in an activity incorporating can-crushing & shredding.
• Spending quality time in a private heated pool and reflexology sessions as well as twice weekly access to a sensory room.

• Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities is preferred, however full training and shadowing will be provided.
• A proactive, friendly team player with a reliable approach to care.
• Driving Licence preferable
• PVG will be required for successful applicants
