Under the responsibility of the SPST director and the coordinating physician, you serve as an advisor to Orange, employees, and their representatives on health and safety issues at work.
You lead health at work initiatives, monitor employees' health status, and participate in tracking professional exposures and health surveillance within a group where mutual support is highly valued.
Alongside a nurse under your supervision, within a community of approximately 50 doctors and 75 nurses in France, you:
- Ensure the medical follow-up of employees and reinforced medical surveillance for those exposed to specific occupational risks.
- Assess risks and develop prevention actions (cardiovascular risks, work-related fatigue, musculoskeletal disorders, chemical risks, etc.).
- Assist and advise management, employees, and their representatives on improving working conditions, general hygiene of premises, and adaptation of workstations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary risk prevention working groups.
- Write reports and periodic activity assessments.
- Participate in CSSCT meetings and multidisciplinary prevention commissions.
The candidate must be a doctor registered with the National Order of Doctors, with a specialization in occupational medicine (CES, DES).
Curious and interested in the diversity of missions and professions involved, the candidate should have recognized interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a team, methodological rigor, and a synthesis mindset. He/she must be proactive and a driving force in initiatives.
