We are seeking a dedicated Maths Tutor to join our educational team. This role is based in Brighton and offers a competitive salary with the possibility of expanding responsibilities depending on the candidate's skills and experience.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and effective maths lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
• Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials that meet curriculum guidelines.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to help them improve.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
• Participate in departmental meetings, and professional development sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maths Tutor.
• Strong understanding of maths concepts and ability to teach them effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage students.
• Organisational skills to prepare for lessons and maintain records.
• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs.
