Maths Teacher - Gateshead

Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a supportive secondary school? We are seeking a Maths teacher to join a well established school in the Gateshead area. The role is to begin in January 2026 and will continue for the remainder of the academic year.

The Role

• Teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 students
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
• Assessing and tracking student progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or relevant qualification
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities

Pay range: £162.31 - £251.71 (linked to your current pay scale).
