We are currently recruiting on behalf of a high-performing secondary school in Kent for ambitious and motivated Maths and Science graduates looking to begin a rewarding career in teaching through a structured Initial Teacher Training (ITT) Programme.
This opportunity offers a clear pathway towards gaining a PGCE, followed by Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), while developing practical classroom experience within a supportive and academically successful school environment.
The Role
As a Graduate Trainee Teacher, you will:

Support teaching and learning across the Maths or Science department

Gain valuable classroom experience from the start of the programme

Work alongside experienced teachers and mentors

Receive ongoing training and professional development

Progress towards gaining your PGCE and QTS

Build the foundations for a successful long-term career in secondary education
Candidate Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:

Hold a 2:1 degree or above in Maths, Science, or a related subject field

Have achieved A-C grades at both GCSE and A-Level

Have completed all academic qualifications within the UK

Hold the Right to Work in the UK

Demonstrate a genuine passion for education and working with young people

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
