Maternity-Cover HR Manager - Multi-Site Retail

Murphy Home Furnishing is seeking an experienced HR Manager for maternity cover (12 months fixed term) based in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. The role leads HR across the business, ensuring compliance, employee relations, recruitment, training, and GDPR compliant administration.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders, support performance management and development, and help foster a positive workplace culture while adhering to employment legislation. Salary €50,000 per annum.
