Riverside Highland Medical Group is a group of four GP Practices covering both urban and rural locations, with four separate GMS contracts within the Highlands of Scotland.

We are looking to appoint a Maternity Cover GP to join our team to cover for 4 / 6 sessions per week, for a minimum of six months starting January / February 2027 (date t.b.c) Based At Riverside Medical Practice, with a possible opportunity to work at our rural practices.

All practices are located in purpose-built, efficient premises, with great friendly staff. We have great bean to cup coffee, offer fresh fruit and strong supporters of active practice.

• All four surgeries use Vision, Docman and Lexicom dictation
• Five Advanced Nurse Practitioners
• Three Practice Nurses, Five Healthcare Assistants
• Weekly protected Educational/Clinical Meetings
• Strong MDT teams including pharmacists, physio, PCMHT and community link worker.
• We have a strong interest in medical education with GPST, BBT and regular Aberdeen Uni students
