Materials Coordinator - Mannok Pack

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Extrusion & Materials Manager you will be fully responsible for raw material inventory & availability.

You will continuously set optimum inventory levels based on historical consumption coupled with demand forecasting. You will make essential connections between the replenishment lead times of raw materials & ensure available space for inventory.

You will have full ownership for raw material stock accuracy through various procedural stocktakes/cycle counts & strict inventory movement control.

Excellent communication & collaboration with external Raw Material Suppliers & internal Purchasing, Planning, Production and Logistic functions are required. You must archive all traceability records such as Incoming Good checklists, COA's etc. to ensure the site is compliant with external certification requirements.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have previous experience of the AS400 System & previous inventory control experience. You must be highly computer literate and have the ability to work on own initiative. Previous experience using warehousing scanners would be an advantage.

Hours of work will be based on a 42 hour week, day work.
