Material Services Officer - Craigavon Area Hospital

We are currently recruiting a Material Services Officer for immediate start to work within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust, at their Craigavon Area Hospital site.
You will deliver logistical and administrative support across the Trust. Responsibilities include operating stock scanning systems (EMM), processing requisitions in eProcurement systems, managing stocktaking, and resolving customer queries.
Applicants must hold 4 GCSEs (A - C, including English) plus 1 year of admin experience or 2 years of relevant admin experience along with IT systems experience in finance/procurement/logistics, MS Office proficiency, and a valid UK driving licence with car access.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600 with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour on a temporary basis initially for 6 months with possibility of extension.
What We Need From You
- 4 GCSEs (A-C, including English)
- 1 year of admin experience or 2 years of relevant admin experience along with IT systems experience in finance/procurement/logistics,
- MS Office proficiency,
- a valid UK driving licence with car access.
