About the Team:

We are the dedicated team behind the scenes, orchestrating electrifying matchday experiences, lively fan zones, and flagship events that unite our community. From exhilarating pre match activities to exclusive celebrations, we ensure every moment is packed with excitement and engagement.

Our expertise lies in designing dynamic fan interactions, coordinating entertainment and activations, and delivering exceptional hospitality that caters to all supporters.

The Opportunity:

Deliver an exceptional matchday experience for our customers and corporate guests, ensuring every visit is welcoming, professional and memorable. Working as part of the Major Events and Fan Experience team, you will help create a first class atmosphere across our suites and bars, building strong customer relationships and providing outstanding service throughout the event. You will work closely with catering and bar teams, handle enquiries with confidence and professionalism, support the smooth delivery of matchday operations and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality across the stadium.

What We Ask For:
  • Enthusiastic, customer focused individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, a professional and approachable manner, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality or events is desirable, along with a proactive attitude, attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Available to work all home matchdays, including evenings and cup fixtures.
