Do you want to be part of the Match Day atmosphere at Middlesbrough Football Club? We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Match Day team!

Whether you are looking to earn an extra income, hoping to gain valuable hospitality and customer service experience, or seeking work that fits around your studies, we offer a variety of Match Day opportunities available throughout the football season that could be perfect for you.

About The Candidate

What We're Looking For

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused, reliable and friendly individuals to join our team across hospitality and concourse operations. You will work evening and weekend shifts around football fixtures throughout the season, while also supporting other events where required. No two Match Days are ever the same, and every role plays an important part in creating an unforgettable experience for supporters. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to all successful applicants.

In addition to Match Days and football fixtures, you may also have the opportunity to support a variety of events throughout the year, including concerts, conferences, corporate events, private functions, and special occasions.

Hospitality Food & Beverage Assistants

You will work in premium hospitality lounges, serving food and drinks to guests whilst delivering table service or bar service before kick-off, during the Match, at half-time and after the final whistle.

Concourse

You will work in the stadium concourse, serving food and drinks to supporters in a fast-paced Match Day environment. You will help deliver efficient, high-volume service while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Bar Assistants

You will deliver a fast and friendly service within our stadium bars by preparing and serving drinks, restocking supplies, managing busy service areas, and ensuring bars remain clean, organised, and efficient throughout Match Days and events.

Food Production

Work as part of a fast-paced catering team preparing and serving food for Match Days and events. Duties include food preparation, replenishing service areas, and providing friendly customer service while ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Kitchen Porters

Ensure high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen areas. Responsibilities include washing dishes, cleaning equipment, waste disposal, and supporting chefs as required.

Food Service Team Leaders

Supervise Match Day operations within either concourse or hospitality areas. You will manage team members, ensure smooth service, handle customer issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.
