Master Technician

A well-established automotive dealership group is looking to recruit an experienced Master Technician to join their modern workshop in Letchworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician to join a professional and supportive team, working with the latest diagnostic equipment and benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and development.

As a Master Technician, you will play a key role in the workshop, ensuring vehicles are diagnosed and repaired to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
• Identifying complex faults using modern diagnostic equipment
• Ensuring vehicles are repaired right first time
• Supporting and mentoring other technicians within the workshop
• Maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship
• Contributing to an excellent customer experience

• Qualified Master Technician or equivalent experience
• Previous experience within a main dealer or reputable independent workshop
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship

• OTE up to £51,300
• Monday-Friday working - No Saturdays
