Master Planner: Production Scheduling & Capacity Lead

First Base Employment in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Master Planner to join our manufacturing team in Tewkesbury. You will create and manage production plans that balance demand, capacity and material availability, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal service levels.

You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain and Customer Services, monitor progress, produce planning insights in reports, and drive continuous improvements to scheduling processes and ERP data integrity.
