MASH Team Manager - Safeguarding & Strategy Lead

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting a Team Manager for the MASH Team in Barking & Dagenham. This permanent, full-time role (24 hours) oversees supervision, strategy, and safeguarding service delivery to meet national and local priorities.

The successful candidate will hold a Social Work degree, have current SW England registration, and post-qualifying experience. The post offers leadership responsibilities within the local management team and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
