EIS Versilia is seeking a Martial Arts Instructor

Program: Afterschool Activities Starting: September 2025

Location: Versilia, Tuscany Part-time position

EIS Versilia is looking for a dedicated and energetic Martial Arts Instructor to lead weekly afterschool classes for students aged 6 to 18. The goal is to promote discipline, physical fitness, self-confidence, and respect through a structured and inclusive martial arts program, adapted to different age groups and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging martial arts sessions (Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, or similar discipline);

- Promote core values such as respect, focus, resilience, and self-control;

- Adapt lessons to meet the developmental needs of both younger and older students;

- Ensure a safe and supportive environment, encouraging both individual growth and group cooperation;

- Collaborate with the school to organize demonstrations or exhibitions during school events (if applicable).

Requirements:

- Certified training in one or more martial arts disciplines;

- Previous experience teaching children and adolescents;

- Excellent communication and motivational skills;

- Ability to manage group dynamics in a positive and structured way;

- Spoken English or Italian (English B2 or higher preferred);

- Availability on one or more afternoons per week from September 2025.
