Marlin Product & Growth Leader

Sercel Concept, part of the Sercel Group, seeks a Business Head for the Marlin product line in the UK. This senior role oversees Sales & BD, software development, product management and technical support with full P&L responsibility, shaping strategy and delivering growth in marine software solutions.

You will lead a 25-30 person team, align across Sercel Concept, Sercel and Viridien, and drive revenue growth, customer success and innovation. Edinburgh area preferred.
