Marketing Risk & Compliance Leader

Starling Bank is seeking a Marketing Risk & Control Lead to establish and oversee the governance, risk, and control framework across all marketing activities. You will ensure campaigns, customer communications, brand assets, and data-driven targeting comply with internal risk standards, regulatory mandates, and consumer duty guidelines without stifling creative velocity.

You'll lead RCSA, risk assessments, 1LoD controls, and training across marketing, collaborating with creative, growth
