Marketing Planning & Delivery Leader

McLaren Racing is seeking a Head of Marketing & Commercial Planning & Delivery to ensure the function has the capacity, resources and plans to deliver its priorities and customer commitments.

You will forecast demand, capacity and capability across the team, aligning demand with delivery capability and prioritising work to optimise resources. This role leads planning frameworks and performance reporting across Marketing & Commercial.
