Marketing Manager, Demand Generation About the role and team We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager, Demand Generation to plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth across Acrisure UK Retail.You will play a key role in developing and delivering targeted demand generation, cross-sell and up-sell campaigns that connect marketing activity to measurable commercial outcomes. This role works closely with the wider marketing team, external agencies and subject matter experts to ensure every campaign is data-driven, insight-led and aligned with strategic priorities. Requirements 5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within insurance, financial services or another complex, multi-stakeholder environmentProven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that achieve measurable commercial results Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
