JJ Rhatigan & Company is one of Ireland's leading Building Contractors, with operations throughout Ireland and the UK. We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to work with the Head of Marketing & Communications in delivering the company's marketing strategy. This role will support the development of campaigns, content and collateral that strengthens our brand and drives engagement. The successful candidate will be a proactive contributor who leads by example-balancing strategic thinking with confident day-to-day execution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Marketing & Brand ManagementSupport the delivery of the company wide marketing strategy and plan.
Protect and strengthen the company's brand identity, including employer branding, client engagement and site-level initiatives.
Develop and deliver internal communications that promote culture, values, and engagement.
Partner with departments and project teams to identify and deliver brand-building opportunities.
Manage public-facing communications to ensure brand accuracy, tone, and consistency.
Own the company's social media strategy, content calendar, and day-to-day delivery across channels.
Track performance using analytics tools, turning data into clear reports and actionable insights.
Build and nurture online community through proactive, on-brand audience engagement.
Support campaigns and key business initiatives with creative, timely social content.
Coordinate social media activity across the wider marketing team and act as the key contact for online brand reputation.
Oversee the development and upkeep of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, flyers, case studies, and project sheets.
Create and manage website content, maintaining site performance in line with brand goals and SEO best practice.
Contribute to advertising, sponsorship, and PR initiatives, including drafting press releases and liaising with media outlets.
Manage third-party consultants and suppliers across design, copywriting, digital, and production.
Plan and coordinate project photography, videography, and drone footage with internal and external stakeholders.
Organise internal and external events to support business goals and culture-building initiatives.
Conduct regular competitor and market research, tracking industry trends, employer brand positioning, and audience engagement.
Benchmark communications and branding activity, recommending improvements based on insight and performance.
Produce regular marketing performance reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting results, learnings, and next steps.
7+ years' experience in a marketing role.
Strong experience in brand management, campaign delivery, and content creation.
Proven track record managing corporate social media platforms and delivering measurable results.
Proficiency with CMS, CRM, social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Analytics), and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
