Marketing Lead: Hospitality Growth & Brand Strategy

Aimbridge is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Aloft Birmingham Eastside and The Eastside Rooms. You will own the annual plan, manage budgets, and drive campaigns across hotel, events and F&B to grow awareness, engagement and revenue.

Collaborate with commercial and operations, lead agency partnerships, and use data insights to optimise performance. Experience in hospitality marketing, strong digital skills, and ability to measure ROI are essential.
