Marketing Lead - Public Sector

The Public Sector Marketing Lead develops integrated marketing strategies to boost awareness, generate leads, and strengthen client relationships for Cognizant's Public Sector Business-including health services, government, education, defence, transport and public institutions. Candidates must have experience in public sector technology marketing, a data-driven approach, cross-functional team leadership, and knowledge of UKI government bodies, including targeting groups like WIG, Tech UK, and APPGs.
You will support public sector technology consultants, practitioners, and sales teams on major projects involving advanced technologies and AI, collaborate across sectors, grow alongside a global team of marketing talent powered by top class technology and leverage partnerships that drive impact with tech providers, sporting bodies, and social value organisations.
In this role, you will:- Lead UKI Public Sector marketing.
- Develop and execute GTM plans.
- Support major deals and ABM for government accounts.
- Coordinate consortium campaigns with alliance partners.
- Commission digital campaigns across platforms.
- Organise internal, external, and third-party events.
- Track metrics, leads, and opportunities using Salesforce and Tableau.
- Work with internal teams and offshore centres to deliver exceptional marketing.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2/3 days a week in the Cognizant office in London, Bishopsgate. - Has prior experience in Public Sector technology marketing AND B2B contexts.
