Marketing Executive (m/f/x)

• Completed education/studies in marketing, communications, graphic design, or corporate design.
• Professional experience managing multiple projects collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Experienced in creating and editing a wide variety of marketing materials.
• Familiar with website content management systems, ideally WordPress.
• Proficient in graphic software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) for creating and editing documents for online and print.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in managing budgets.
• Good written and spoken German and English; other languages are a plus.
• Good level of numeracy.
• Communicative, open, and goal-oriented.
• Hands-on mentality with a desire to make a difference.
• Ambitious to develop skills and progress within the organization.
• Able to manage own time effectively.
• Attention to detail.

• Support the regional sales teams in creating, implementing, and measuring marketing activities to build awareness of the Ervin brand and generate demand for products across European markets.
• Involved in the creation and project management of marketing materials including literature, presentations, and branded merchandise.
• Organize events such as trade show exhibitions, seminars, and customer events.
• Manage advertising efforts in trade press.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management, newsletter email marketing, and social media.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and external marketing agencies.
• Support external sales representatives and their distributors via phone and mail.
