The Role:We're seeking a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Executive to join our marketing team on a temporary basis (initially 12 months). This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain experience across retention and brand marketing within a dynamic events business.
You will support the daily execution of our email marketing campaigns, helping create engaging content that drives bookings and keeps our community engaged. Additionally, you will contribute to our social media content, including scheduling posts, storytelling, and creating blog and brochure content.
This role provides broad marketing experience with opportunities to take ownership and contribute innovative ideas.
What you'll be doing:- Email marketing & CRM: Build and schedule email campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences. Update automated customer journeys and suggest improvements. Communicate updates to customers and suppliers.
- Content & copywriting: Create engaging copy for emails, blogs, social media, and brochures. Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all channels.
- Social media support: Collaborate with our Brand Lead to schedule and publish content. Interview suppliers and attend events to generate content and highlight stories.
- Some professional experience in marketing, internships, or similar roles
- Confidence in writing clear, engaging marketing copy tailored to different audiences
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Customer.io)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Marketing degree or relevant education
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Experience with website CMS (e.g., Webflow)
- Experience creating social content, videography, photography, editing
- Salesforce experience
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Interest in events, food, or hospitality industries
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
Our offices are in London with a hybrid working model requiring at least 3 days in the office weekly.
