Job Description
  • Create marketing materials including presentations, brochures, company profiles, newsletters and branded content.
  • Manage Crown's social media channels and create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
  • Develop content around projects, people, company news, milestones and events.
  • Create case studies, project profiles and website content.
  • Support photography, videography and content creation across Crown's projects and offices.
  • Support company events, trade shows and client activities.
  • Coordinate branded merchandise, clothing and promotional materials.
  • Support website updates and digital marketing activity.
  • Ensure consistency across Crown's branding, messaging and visual identity.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and teams across Crown.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing or design-focused role.
  • Strong design and content creation skills.
  • Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A creative, proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Experience in construction, engineering or B2B marketing would be an advantage, as would experience with photography, video editing, WordPress or analytics.
Core Competencies

Demonstrates strong design and content creation skills, with proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Capable of managing social media channels and developing engaging marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across various platforms.
