ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Executive works as part of the Dublin based Business Development and Marketing team. The successful candidate will collaborate with partners and other BD&M team members across the office to devise and implement coordinated programmes of activities utilizing a broad range of marketing tactics to meet the objectives of the practice groups, offices and the firm.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Understanding the objectives of the Dublin office and its practice groups
• Delivering coordinated marketing activities and initiatives that align with corresponding business development plans
• Working with lawyers on the preparation of thought leadership and other profile raising activities
• Preparing appropriate internal communications
• Managing events and sponsorships
• Developing and updating marketing collateral, branded materials, assets and merchandise
• Working closely with the Digital & Creative Services team to deliver engaging content
• Feeding opportunities from marketing activities and campaigns into the BD/CRM plans
• Delivering communication and broader marketing activities around client events programmes
• Coordinating with peers in other jurisdictions to ensure appropriate collaboration and continuous improvement in marketing activities
• Ensuring campaigns and activities are on budget
• Collaborating with others within the BD&M team on key projects

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

• A professional qualification in a business or marketing related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience (preferably in professional, B2B or financial services)
• Ability to engage credibly with all members of the organisation with enthusiasm and initiative
• Ability to provide both strategic and operational support when needed
• High attention to detail and capacity to handle a consistent and varied workload
• Capacity to work well under pressure and juggle multiple on going projects with deadlines and budgets while maintaining high quality delivery
• Ability to make timely decisions
• Ability to apply logic and creativity to problem solving, ideally from experience in a professional services environment
• Strong relationship skills and the capability to understand and respond quickly to the needs of senior stakeholders
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with the marketing team locally and globally
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and administrative skills
