Job Description Marketing DirectorThe Marketing Director for Ireland owns marketing strategy and performance for the Ireland market. This role leads a campaign led marketing function across strategy, activation and operations, working with service line leaders to set growth priorities and tie all activity back to commercial outcomes.
The role connects Ireland into the wider EMEA model, matching global direction with local execution. It reports to the Head of EMEA Marketing and acts as the primary marketing partner to Ireland leadership.
The ideal candidate brings a track record of turning business priorities into campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue, with the instinct to challenge where needed and keep activity grounded in what the market actually needs.
Key Responsibilities- Own the Ireland marketing and brand strategy, tied to regional growth priorities and accountable for pipeline contribution
- Set priorities and investment focus based on commercial impact and growth opportunities
- Build and run demand generation and lead nurture programmes that convert to qualified pipeline and revenue
- Turn business priorities into integrated campaign plans that drive pipeline and market engagement
- Run a campaign led model where activity is focused, integrated and delivers measurable outcomes
- Shape the thought leadership and content agenda for Ireland, matched to service line priorities and market demand
- Make sure events, sponsorship and partnership activity is tied to firm priorities and delivers commercial outcomes
- Act as the primary marketing partner to Ireland leadership and service line leaders. Set growth priorities and provide challenge where needed
- Work with EMEA and global marketing teams to deliver cross market campaigns and keep activity connected
- Lead and develop the Ireland marketing team. Set clear direction and hold the team accountable for outcomes
- Maintain brand consistency and positioning across all Ireland market activity, in line with the global brand platform
- Set and manage KPIs across pipeline contribution, campaign performance and market impact
- Track performance and adjust plans and investment to improve outcomes
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- 10+ years' experience in a marketing leadership role with a focus on campaign and market activation
- Track record of tailoring global strategies for local execution in complex or matrixed environments
- Experience building and scaling demand generation programmes in B2B or professional services
- Good brand instinct with experience turning brand strategy into market activation
- Experience leading marketing across multiple international markets
- Financially literate with experience managing significant marketing budgets and showing ROI
- Track record of driving B2B pipeline and revenue growth through integrated campaigns
- Comfortable working with senior commercial leaders. Good stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of marketing operations, performance measurement and campaign planning
- Hands on experience with marketing and sales technology including CRM and automation platforms
- Able to work across time zones and cultures
- Travel as needed
