About the roleAs a Marketing Automation Manager you will:
- Lead the translation of marketing strategy into effective marketing automation activity, setting the SFMC platform roadmap and overseeing the design and optimisation of automated campaigns and journeys.
- Ensure high quality execution of personalised, data driven journeys across SFMC, monitoring performance and making evidence based improvements.
- Manage and develop the Marketing Automation team, fostering collaboration, clear direction, and continual skills growth.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to align on objectives, data and reporting needs, communicate SFMC capabilities, and support budget and supplier management.
We're looking for someone with extensive hands on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong analytical skills, and a track record of delivering measurable results across multi channel automated campaigns. You'll bring technical expertise, team leadership experience, a confident, collaborative approach to optimising journeys, managing integrations, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
About the TeamThe Digital Team is responsible for developing and maintaining Dogs Trust's digital presence, including its website. Within the Digital Team, the Digital Product Team focuses on optimising the user experience across our website by optimising our current website and developing new digital products and services. Within the Digital Team, the Digital Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies across paid social, paid search, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), using a data driven approach to ensure that every campaign is optimised for maximum impact and contributes to the achievement of key business objectives.
