Marketing and Development Manager

Black Lake Bible Camp is seeking a visionary manager to help grow our ministry and build upon 80 years of camping excellence.

As part of our Senior Staff Leadership Team, the Marketing & Development Manager will lead efforts to communicate the value of our programs and build a thriving community of lifelong donors.

This role is central to fundraising, ensuring clear, impact-focused communication and meaningful engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.

We seek a strong communicator, passionate about camp ministry and the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. The ideal candidate excels at cultivating donor and volunteer relationships, pursuing grant opportunities, and developing creative strategies for growth.

Established in 1946, Black Lake Bible Camp and Conference Center (BLBC) exists to be used by God to transform lives through faith in Jesus Christ. BLBC operates as a Christian ministry, offering camping activities, conference facilities, and programs focused on spiritual education, Christian training, evangelism, and missions.
