Marketing & Design Lead

We're seeking a highly creative and organised Marketing & Design Lead to join a small, dynamic SME. This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, giving you the opportunity to take full ownership of marketing projects, client communications, and creative output.

This is not a social media role - it's about showcasing projects, developing B2B marketing decks, and creating client-facing materials for high-profile retail, sports, and lifestyle brands. You'll be responsible for ensuring each project is presented in a visually compelling and professional manner, reflecting the company's creative expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage client-facing presentations, marketing decks, and case studies.
• Organise and support events, exhibitions, or client demonstrations.
• Collaborate directly with the MD to plan and deliver marketing initiatives.
• Develop visual assets for B2B communications and proposals.
• Think creatively to solve design and communication challenges for diverse projects.
• Potential travel in the future to represent the company internationally (e.g., USA, Saudi Arabia, Spain).
