Job Description

McLaren Racing is seeking a Lead, MarCom Change & Transformation Programme to turn operating model strategy into sustainable organisational change across people, process, technology and AI. The role delivers measurable business outcomes through hands-on leadership, governance and adoption across Marketing & Commercial.

You will work with leadership teams, MarCom Technology, PMO, People Team and Internal Communications to coordinate transformation and embed lasting value across the function.
